Fabulous Cake Recipes
Wonderfully delicious cake recipes and desserts are a part of just about every special occasion. I have included a few of our
favorites here.
Just imagine, what would a wedding be without a beautiful Wedding Cake? Now I am not the
expert on how to decorate a wedding cake, I am just giving you the ingredients for a great tasting one. My niece however, can decorate a
beautiful one with no formal training.
We so often do not take the time to learn how to bake something special like Red Velvet
Cake. This cake sounds like it is made for Royalty , so indulge yourself as King or Queen for a day! I enjoy experimenting as well
as learning from the experienced bakers in my family.
Ok here it is, I finally got this one added and you will be glad you came back. This Cherry
Cheesecake is my specialty and you will see why when you taste the buttery, flaky pecan crust. Unbelievable.
Here is a really easy one for kids to bake, it is literally prepared just like it's name Dump Cake. Try it tonight!
My Grandma's Orange Cake is the best ever. It is so rich and moist you must try it. I like to use a bundt pan to make this
orange cake, because it is so pretty when you slice it. Great presentation is a part of great cooking.
Cherry Chocolate Cake was a specialty of one of my father's sisters. When we had family gatherings, everyone held out for her
Cherry Chocolate Cake to come to the dessert table. Another chocoholics dream!
Carrot Cake is really delicious too. Be sure to read the 'history of carrot cake' when you click on the recipe link, very
intriguing. Then their is an all-time favorite the world over and that would be German Chocolate Cake. This history is very interesting
too, so a little education with our cooking is beneficial too. Also, helps us appreciate desserts that have come to us from another country.
